As we stand on the brink of a new era marked by groundbreaking advancements in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, space exploration, and more, the necessity for a cohesive and adaptable regulatory framework has never been more apparent. This Call for Papers seeks comprehensive analyses, case studies, and theoretical contributions that address the creation, implementation, and impact of regulatory frameworks suited to the rapidly evolving technological landscape. We encourage submissions that offer innovative perspectives on governance, ethical considerations, and policy implications for a future shaped by disruptive innovation.
